Ways to Cancel a Transaction

If you are entitled to cancel a transaction, in accordance with the product purchase terms, the site's terms of use and/or the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may submit a cancellation notice in one of the following ways:

1. Verbally (by phone at 08-9380937 or at any of our stores).

2. By registered mail (to: 4 Ben-Gurion St., Ness Ziona 7403201).

3. By email (to: info@miainspiration.com).

4. By fax (fax no. 08-9380936).

5. By WhatsApp message to 08-938-0937

6. Online — by submitting the cancellation form below, also available under the "Cancel Transaction/Contact Us" tab on the site's homepage.

In your cancellation notice, please state your full name, order/invoice number and phone number, to identify the transaction and the product details you wish to cancel.

Please note, in the absence of details that would allow us to identify the transaction and/or the product(s) within the transaction you wish to cancel, the cancellation will be delayed until the details are clarified via the contact information held by the company.

Cancellation Timeframes

You can cancel the transaction within 30 days of purchase.

If the cancellation is due to a product defect, a mismatch between the product and the details provided about it, the product not being delivered to you on time, or another breach of the contract terms ("non-conformity"), we will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the portion of the transaction price you paid for the product, cancel the charge, provide a copy of the charge-cancellation notice, and not charge you any cancellation fee.

If the cancellation is for reasons other than a product defect or non-conformity, we will refund, within 30 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the portion of the transaction price you paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge-cancellation notice, and charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

The option to cancel the transaction does not cancel our right to demand compensation for products that were damaged, or that were used, or whose packaging was used.

To avoid damaging the product, we recommend returning it in its original packaging, complete and without any defect or damage, and without any use.

People with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants (as defined by law), who made a purchase on the site that included a phone call with a Mia Inspiration representative, may cancel the transaction within four months of the transaction date, the date the product was received, or the date a document containing the details stated in Section 14c(b) of the Consumer Protection Law was received (whichever is later).
