You can order delivery in any of the following ways:

 

Our delivery service is active on business days only and reaches all parts of the country.

Shipping options and costs when buying on the site

Shipping options:

Free home delivery on purchases over 299 NIS

Home delivery - 20 NIS (for purchases up to 299 NIS)

Self-pickup from a collection point: 10 NIS

Please note: Package distribution takes place between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
It is recommended to choose delivery to the address where you are during these hours, for example your workplace.
If the distribution point you selected is busy, the delivery company may transfer the distribution point address to the nearest point (up to 3 km from the original point).

Delivery times:

Home delivery – up to 5 business days from the date of placing the order on the website. (After receiving the order and confirmation)

Please note: In order to optimize shipping to you, when purchasing on the site, it is recommended to select shipping to the address where you are.
Available most of the day - at work, home, or any other address of your choice.

Order Tracking:

After making your purchase, you can track the status of your order at any time: log in to "My Account" and then click
On "My Orders". If the order is valid, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the order.

Shipping areas:

You can place an order on the site for all regions of the country except Judea and Samaria.

Changing the shipping method after placing the order:

You can change the shipping method within an hour of ordering . You must contact customer service by phone during business hours: Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM by phone at 08-9380937 or by message on WhatsApp at 050-8380937.
