Exchanges & Returns - Website

You can exchange products in a few ways:
1. Items purchased on the site can be returned within 30 days of purchase at any Mia store, upon presenting the purchase invoice. Exchanges will be made based on the price shown on the purchase invoice, minus 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
2. Via courier to your home, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

You can get a refund in two ways:
1. You can return products you bought on the site and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase at any Mia store. We'll be happy to issue a refund upon presenting the invoice. The refund will be based on the price shown on the invoice, minus 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower), and issued to the payment method used for the order.
2. Via courier to your home, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
Exchanges & Returns - Stores

If you change your mind within two business days of purchase and have the invoice, you can receive a full refund to the payment method used for the transaction, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
For items purchased with gift cards or store credit, only store credit can be issued, not a refund.
Promotions

Prices for all products are the same on the website and in stores, but sometimes the website has promotions or offers available only for online purchases.

There is a special field for the coupon code that appears in the shopping cart and at checkout. Once you enter the code, if it is valid, the discount is applied automatically.

Faulty Product

We fully stand behind our products. You can bring the faulty item to any of our stores along with a receipt or other proof of purchase, and if the item is indeed faulty, we will let you exchange it or receive credit for it.
Another option is a free courier pickup from your home.

All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer's defects. -

There are several options if you cancel a purchase or exchange products bought on the Mia Inspiration website:
1. Exchange the product for another item, subject to store stock.
2. Receive store credit for future use at Mia stores.
In both cases, the exchange/credit will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned product. -
If you purchased in a Mia store, you can return the product and exchange it for another item, or receive credit for a future purchase at one of the Delta chain stores. In both cases, this will be done based on the amount actually paid for the returned product.
